What is the estimated delivery time?
Generally, our products ordered are delivered within 4 to 5 Working days. Working days exclude public holidays and Sundays. Delivery to certain destinations may take 5 to 7 Working days based on their geographic location and reach. Doctor/Distributor supplies will be through surface transport mode.
Are there any hidden costs (Sales tax, octroi etc.) on our products?
There are NO hidden charges when you purchase our products. The price you see on the product page is exactly what you would pay. Sales tax, Octroi etc. if any applicable in the state of consumption, is the responsibility of the buyer.
Delivery charges are not hidden charges and are charged by us.
What does “Out of Stock” mean?
“Out of Stock” means, currently these products are not available for sale. Please write to us at zulfiqarpharmacy@gmail.com requesting for product availability.
Does our deliver internationally?
As of now, we doesn’t deliver items internationally. You will be able to make your purchases on our website from anywhere in the world with credit/debit cards issued in India, but please ensure the delivery address should be in India.
